Samar Charara

Biography

Samar Charara is the Group Director for Human Resources for Cambridge Medical and Rehabilitation Center.

Samar Charara brings over 30 years of experience to her role as Human Resources Director for Cambridge Medical and Rehabilitation Centre. She joined the CMRC team in 2013, and helped initiate the HR function for the organization by putting in place highly qualified teams in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Dubai.

Her role puts her in charge of ensuring CMRC’s leadership position as employer of choice, with competitive remuneration, world-class HR policies, and compliance with local labor law. She also assists business leaders in designing and implementing HR service delivery solutions.

Prior to joining the CMRC team, Samar has worked with a number of leading corporate and medical brands – including Honeywell Middle East, Mubadala, the Mohamad Khaled Rehabilitation Center, and the American University of Beirut’s Medical Center.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication & Documentation from the Lebanese University, and is also CIPD certified.
